Hedwige Caldairou has been a partner of CARBONNIER LAMAZE RASLE & ASSOCIES since 1 January 2015.

She regularly works in the audiovisual and telecommunications field, assisting a clientele consisting of audiovisual groups, production companies and authors. She specialises in particular in the field of broadcasting and the acquisition and exploitation of film and sports broadcasting rights, but also assists throughout the audiovisual production chain, in both consulting and litigation.

Hedwige also regularly practises business law and commercial law for industrial groups and large French and foreign firms. She works in both English and French, having spent her early professional career in the United States and India.

She is also an approved mediator of the CMAP (Centre de Médiation et d'Arbitrage de Paris) and the CEDR (Center for Effective Dispute Resolution) and is frequently appointed in audiovisual matters and in business law in both contractual and judicial mediation.

Admitted to the Paris Bar since 2000.
