A lawyer since 1996, Fanny Desclozeaux has been a partner at CARBONNIER LAMAZE RASLE & ASSOCIÉS since 2003. Her 15 years of experience in the Banking sector, both as a solicitor and as manager of a legal department of a major French bank, have enabled her to acquire specialised expertise in the field of banking law. She provides both consulting and litigation assistance. She is in charge of the Banking, Stock Exchange and Finance Division.

She practises mainly in the areas of stock market law, financial law and criminal business law, as well as in the field of distressed businesses.

Her skills include assistance in banking litigation (liability, assignment of receivables and insolvency proceedings), assistance to banks and financial institutions in liability issues involving an official receiver, assistance to official receivers in liability actions against third parties (franchise and concession agreements), assistance in debt collection and actions to impose sanctions on company executives, assistance to company executives in criminal actions for breach of trust, misuse of company assets, fraud and assistance in enforcement proceedings, particularly in matters of property seizures and litigation before the Enforcement Judge.
