Attorney at the Paris Bar since February 2000, Caroline RAMUS works in M&A, on the buyer or seller side, in various transactions, including fundraising, both in private equity and for investment companies or investment funds (innovation).
She also intervenes in pre-litigation and post-acquisition, as well as in post-fundraising litigation contexts, in particular in emergency situations.
She has also developed a significant labour law practice for corporate clients, particularly in the context of restructuring and mergers & acquisitions operations, both in advisory and litigation matters. Supporting long-term corporate clients has also led her to develop advisory and litigation practice on all aspects of operational labour law, and a practice in preparation, implementation and monitoring of job-saving plans.
She also intervenes in emergency situations.
She works mainly for companies in the following sectors: publishing, robotics, investment companies and investment funds (innovation), IT services, logistics and catering.
She was an associate at COTTY & ASSOCIES, DELOITTE ET TOUCHE Juridique et Fiscal (M&A), and partner at SIKSOUS FRIEDMANN & ASSOCIES, and created her own firm. She joined CARLARA as a partner in March 2020.
