Our skills primarily cover Antitrust & Competition law, Merger control, Distribution law and Consumer law, but also touch on other areas such as Product regulations, Commercial urban planning, marketing, advertising and certain aspects of Employment law.
We support our French and foreign Clients in their national and international development, the preparation of their business strategy and the deployment of their distribution networks. We also assist them with merger control, analysis and risk prevention with regard to Antitrust & Competition law. We defend their interests in litigation, both before the national courts and before all national and EU competition authorities as well as in arbitration and mediation proceedings.
