After living in England for seven years and successfully passing the bar examination of England and Wales, and with two years’ professional experience at HERBERT SMITH in London, Dorothée de Bernis joined CARBONNIER LAMAZE RASLE & ASSOCIES in 2006.

With double qualifications in French and English law, Dorothée specialises in business law and in particular in the areas of banking and company law. She provides consulting, litigation and arbitration services (ICC/AFA and others).

She therefore assists and advises business managers and financial organisations concerning, in particular, issues related to capital transactions (sale of shares, shareholder agreements, liability guarantees), disputes between shareholders (dilution, abuse of majority/minority interests, non-competition obligations), credit transactions, payment instruments, contractual liability and liability for negligence.

Admitted to the Paris Bar since 2006 and previously at the Bar of England and Wales.
