After obtaining a postgraduate DJCE/DESS in Business Law and Taxation in 1999, Véronique Guerrero joined PREUILH & VIDONNE ASSOCIÉS, where she acquired solid experience in business law, particularly in company law.

Véronique is a partner in PREUILH VIDONNE CROIZAT HUGUENIN & ASSOCIÉS, which joined CARLARA INTERNATIONAL in 2010. She is particularly involved in corporate affairs, equity transactions and mergers, disposals and acquisitions, both with a national clientele made up of microbusinesses, SMEs and subsidiaries of foreign groups, and international clients.

Admitted to the Lyon bar since 1999.
