Bernard Preuilh began his career in the legal and financial department of the engineering company SOGREAH, based in Grenoble.
In 1987, Bernard joined the law firm COOPERS & LYBRAND CONSEIL (LANDWELL), of which he became a partner in 1994, before creating PREUILH & VIDONNE ASSOCIÉS in 1996, which later became PREUILH VIDONNE CROIZAT HUGUENIN & ASSOCIÉS and which joined CARLARA INTERNATIONAL in 2010.
Specialising in company law, mergers and acquisitions and contracts, Bernard works with national and international clients in M&A operations and the negotiation of commercial and industrial contracts.
He also teaches at the Rhône-Alpes Law School (EDARA) and on the DJCE - Master II in Business Law course at the University of Lyon III.
Admitted to the Lyon Bar since 1989.
