Nadir HACENE holds a doctorate in international and European law.

Admitted to the Paris Bar, member of the Internation Criminal Bar, he practices mainly abroad, representing CARLARA INTERNATIONAL in Algeria.

A former expert for the Algerian government on Algeria's accession to the World Trade Organization and association with the European Union, his practice focuses on private international law (nationality litigation), European Community law, environmental law, business law and administrative law.

Nadir HACENE holds the status of APPEAL-E Referent for Algeria, has been InitiaDROIT Delegate for Algeria since 2010, and was promoted to Expert for Algeria at the Conseil National des Barreaux in September 2024.

A polyglot, he also specializes in legal English.
